OUR MISSION

Welcome to Hope Cafe

At Hope Cafe, our mission is simple: to nourish the bodies and souls of individuals in our community. We believe that everyone deserves access to nourishment, both physical and emotional. That's why we provide free meals at our soup kitchen, serving those in need and ensuring that no one goes to bed hungry.

But our mission goes beyond just providing food. We are dedicated to fostering an environment of hope, compassion, and support. We believe that everyone deserves a place where they can find solace, comfort, and a sense of belonging. Through our meals and genuine connections, we aim to not only alleviate hunger but also restore dignity, inspire resilience, and ignite a spark of hope in the hearts of those we serve.

At Hope Cafe, we see ourselves as more than just a soup kitchen. We envision a community where everyone has access to nourishment, both physical and emotional. Our ultimate goal is to make a lasting difference by building a community where individuals thrive and find renewed strength to face life's challenges.

Amador Street Hope Cafe is a loving compassionate ministry that operates under the umbrella of Vallejo First Church of the Nazarene (VFCOTN) and is sponsored by A Faithful God Ministry (AFG Ministry Inc). Both Vallejo First Church of the Nazarene and AFG Ministry Inc. are recognized non-profit organizations under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) as designated 501(c)(3) entities. As a result, donations made to Amador Street Hope Cafe are tax-deductible under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 170. For tax purposes, Vallejo First Church of the Nazarene has an Employer Identification Number (EIN) of 23-7371895, and AFG Ministry Inc. has an EIN of 83-3004155.
